Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

1.⁠ ⁠Processing Your Order:

All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

2.⁠ ⁠Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

 

3.⁠ ⁠Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

4.⁠ ⁠Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

Bad Luck Coffee Company is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

5.⁠ ⁠International Shipping Policy:

We currently do not ship outside the United States. However, the cost of shipping and time may vary according to the destination.

Return & Exchange Policy

Food items (i.e. coffee beans) cannot be returned. If you have an issue with coffee beans that you purchased from this site, please email us and we will make every effort to resolve your issue.

 

For non-food items to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and reported within 15 days of receipt. To initiate the return email us and we will make every effort to resolve your issue.
